Dramatic and polished gold gilt, embossed with flowers and vine, is bordered by a delightful gold outline of mums edged in a serene turquoise. A very elegant design.

Condition: Great. Two very teeny black specs to the cup center. Light gold loss to the saucer center detail. We noted a circle of light gold surface wear 1/2 inch from the saucer center, but with no gold loss, only seen when held to the light at an angle (see last four photos).
There are no chips, cracks, stains, or crazing. The gold is bright and lustrous, and aside from what is noted, this is a striking vintage pair.
