A highly decorate and reflective bowl, a notched disk, a faceted ball knob and a zipper cut stem, all resting atop a base bordered in a criss-cross pattern.
Rogaska went all out with this exquisite Gallia design and its radiant elegance will undoubtedly enthrall your guests.
The bowl is a work of art. Flat, slightly concave, polished circles divided by vertical cuts are the focal point before your eyes move upward to the gray and polished floral cuts. A downward move reveals faceted, graduated, gleaming diamond cuts.
Now to the stem. A wide notched disk precedes a prismatic knob which is attached to a hexagonal zipper cut stem. When your guests lift the glass to drink, the wide light-reflective base comes to life with its own criss-cross border cut.
Gorgeous to the max. Kudos to Rogaska, 350 years of high quality skilled craftsmanship.
Origin: Slovenia (Yugoslavia) ; pre-owned; c.1991, discontinued in 2015.
Dimensions: 8"H x 2 3/4" opening
Condition: Great. Very, very minute surface marks (we spotted three) to two glasses. The interior rim of one glass has a light rough feel to it, along with what appears to be a tiny, tiny bubble or nick (we could not even feel it) on the inside rim.
All five glasses are clean, incredibly clear, beautifully polished with no issues other than what was noted. Exceptionally striking.
