101!
We spent hours searching this antique pattern and it was right in front of our eyes!
Also plainly known as the Panel pattern, these five solid water goblets were designed with two raised beaded ovals, pinched horizontally to form the number "1", with a beaded and bulging oval "0"in between. Thus the 101. Someone had a sense of humor in 1881.
Manufactured by the Beaver Falls Co-operative Flint Glass Company (1869-1937), there is one band near the clear rim. Toward the stem the base of the bowl takes on an optic appearance before resting atop a three mold wide base. Beautifully balanced, beautiful to hold. Plain yet marvelous.
