Super stylish scalloped six sectional standout!

This hand painted pattern of a visually demure pink, crimson, blue and green floral design, gated by gold filigree, bursts open with lively and bold cobalt blue/ light blue and gold flare.

The footed tea cup bears an art deco base of gold strokes that line up to the blue stripes on the saucer. Absolutely fun and spirited duo.

Dimensions: Cup: 3 5/8"W x 2 5/8"H Saucer: 5 5/8"W

Origin: Japan, for the United China and Glass Company (UCAGCO), New York, New Orleans, USA., 1950's; Pre-owned

Condition: Great. Minor age wear around the cup gold rim, one minor scratch in the depression area of the saucer, and a gold dust dot from the painting process are noted. There are no chips, cracks, or crazing and the glaze is well intact.

❤️ THE LOVE OF VINTAGE ❤️

Teacups are like small pieces of jewelry-they tell a story, they are displayed, shown off with pride, and prized from one generation to another. Like jewelry the time comes when such beauties are not so 'minty" young.  And yet these lovely items have lasted so long for a reason.

They are still in their prime. Seasoned with time-honored character.

Our goods are unique, quality time pieces of the past which have been inspected, researched and carefully handled to be prized. We will never sell any teacups with cracks or major damages. Our condition findings, along with our photos, are detailed as thorough and honestly as we can see, as your satisfaction is our main priority.
