Aynsley J.A. Bailey Signed Turquoise and Pink Cabbage Rose Floral Tea Cup and Saucer Collection.

J.A. Bailey worked for Aynsley China between 1937 and 1974. This magnificent turquoise and hand painted (you can see the brush strokes) floral teacup represents one of the most sought after collectible tea cup artists from one of the most desired, elegant English bone china producers.

The floral artistry speaks for itself. The flowers are vivid, alive, and in their prime. The spectacular pink cabbage rose breaks through the pack of deep colors, unfurling its graceful petals with a sophisticated flair.

Beautifully glazed and trimmed with bright gold trim, in particular the handle, this glossy cup and saucer are timeless show stoppers. Step aside and wait for the compliments.

Condition: Great. There are no chips, cracks, stains, crazing, or repairs to this set. One or two tiny light use marks to the well of the saucer are noted(please forgive the light glare on the saucer). The very base of the cup foot has an age-related copper-like tint.
