Portmeirion England Botanic Garden Quartz China Mantel Clock

Dainty pink and blue flowers, laurel bands, blue butterflies, and lots of greenery vividly come to life against a bright white background in this elegant Portmeirion Botanic Garden china desk or mantel clock. Very beautiful atop a mantel, side table, or china cabinet.

A brightly gold-tone rim frames a pull-out quartz movement, made in West Germany which is inserted and held with four cushioned pressure prongs against a well at the center of the unit. One 1.5V N Battery (we used an Energizer E90 battery) is required.

Due to postage safety restrictions the clock will be shipped without the battery.

The underside has a light green felt pad with gold "Portmeirion" and "Made In England" markings.

Condition: Great. There are no chips, cracks, stains, crazing, or wear to the china frame.  

The clock movement fully works as expected, is clean, and has no loose arms. The clock shield is clean, clear and with no scratches. One of the clock's prong cushions is missing; this does not affect how the clock is held. The lovely green felt base has very light shelf use marks.
