These Royal Stafford's Christmas Home dinner and salad/ dessert plates, hands down, capture the essence of the peace and beauty of the Holiday season-a warm, inviting home, decorated and ready for a gathering of loved ones. 

Framed by a border of charcoal gray and dotted detail this beautifully illustrated pencil etching of a home, framed by a lovely cream colored background, is brought to life by deep colored bows, wreaths, garland and, of course, the lush Christmas tree inside a festive home. Cloud shaped snow is kept at bay outside while a Victorian styled lamppost displays a seasonal spiral wrap of garland.

And the shine.The heavy glaze is perfectly uniform and leaves each plate with a highly polished appearance (see last photo). A totally beautiful and nostalgic presentation...very English and reminiscent of Dickens.

Condition: Great. There are no chips, cracks, stains, crazing or wear to any of the plates. One 1/4 inch scrape was spotted to one dinner plate. Otherwise each plate is in wonderful condition. The glaze is very shiny and well intact. These plates are quite heavy at 23 pounds.
