Serene and graceful, a blue plumed garden peacock is the focus of this large hand painted porcelain bowl.
With soft hues of blue, pink, and green floral detail, the interior artwork is duplicated and elongated around the exterior sides. Contrasting the pastels is an eye-catching deep red and gold scroll border, beautifully balanced with more delicate blue, pink and green leaves and flowers. The exterior rim is also crowned with a highlighting red and gold trim band. A very, very attractive piece.

Condition: Great. There are no chips, cracks, stains, crazing or wear. Some shelf marks to the base underside are noted. The design is clean and sharp and the glaze is smooth and shiny.
