RARE Shannon Crystal/ Godinger 12-inch Art Deco Style Hi-Rise Covered Box

What a glorious piece!

Fashioned after New York's Chrysler building, this eye catching 2-piece crystal box/ candy jar by Shannon Crystal for Godinger, stunningly details textured arches ascending toward a solid pointed spire.

While the top of the box is all about arches the bottom is a downward beauty of lines- layered panels, terraces, and hollowed window box cuts, all coming to rest atop an extended square base. 

For candy, a battery operated tea light (how about winded string lights from top to bottom!), or by its majestic self, this piece is a must for city and skyscraper lovers, a hands-down show stopper.

This piece is acid etched on the base with the word "ShannoN".

Origin: Unknown; pre-owned

Dimensions: 12"H x 5" Sq. base

Condition: Great. Some shelf marks to the underside. There are no chips, cracks, or stains. The crystal is clean, clear and beautifully polished.
