A cream background. Raised turquoise dots weave around a fringe and scrolled gilt border. An elegantly polished medallion of icicle and lacy gold and blue dotted design.

Condition: Great. There are no chips, cracks, stains,crazing, or wear. There is some very light dullness to the outer border gilt; no loss or wear, just what occurs with age, and it shines like the rest.
