Highly polished and light reflective, the Inverted Thistle pattern, introduced by Cambridge Glass Company in 1911, has been strikingly brought back to life by the Mosser Glass of Cambridge, Ohio.
Mosser Glass has American glass art running through its veins. From Cambridge plant manager, Orie Mosser to his son Tom, who, along with his collection of purchased Viking, LG Wright and Cambridge glass molds, founded Mosser Glass in 1971, this stunningly crafted pair is the result of a family-run business that obviously intends to carry on the greatness of American glass.
The magic of these gorgeous pieces is not only the beautifully textured design, including the "inverted" thistle flower, which absorbs light and gives the pattern a crystal clear elegance. It also is the incredible pink color, which can change from a light depression-glass pink to a peach, then to a clear center with brilliant, blazing streaks of dark pink. What an amazing way to showcase your drink and dessert.
