Manufacturers of the official glassware to the White House by First Lady, Jacqueline Kennedy ("The President's House"), Morgantown Glass Works (or Morgantown Glassware Guild) produced fine quality American-made crystal between 1900 and 1971.
The Virginia pattern, heavily etched in floral scrolls surrounding a curved framed urn (etch number 733) is a perfect example of the timeless, yet long gone, elegant craftsmanship which has always appealed to collectors. Beautiful.
